This system of Shaolin Kung Fu, The Shaolin Butterfly, is derived directly from Fut Ga Shaolin, which is often considered to be the oldest form of Shaolin in existence. Instead of endless, confusing forms there is a specific pattern the Butterfly forms follow. This pattern is easy to remember, works in all directions, and focuses on six specific principles found in Fut Ga.
