Excellent book, writer kept a lot of historical accuracy in a fictional story...book was very entertaining- drawing you into Josephine's personal thoughts and feelings to the point of empathizing with the Emperess through her most troubled and joyous moments in her life. I have become hooked on this writer due to her professional and intutitve look into the life of one of history's greatest and most influencial women.
