I have been an admirer of Dr, Paul's for some years now. I have followed his Congressional career with much admiration of his principled manner of conducting himself while in office. His Constitutional credentials are nearly 100%. If the reader wants to discover how we got into this mess with Fannie and Freddie then you'll love this book------if you read it objectively without ideological prejudices-------- Progressive liberals, socialists, liberals or anyone who believes that the government is the vehicle to achieve your social or political schemes stay away from this book. You'll be wasting your time. If however you want to learn what has gone wrong in Washington (where freedom is merely a buzz word) then I urge you read this book. If you want the knowledge necessary to begin to understand how Washington abandoned Constitutional government then you must read this book. If you want to know what you can do to correct what has gone wrong in Washington, then read this book. Dr. Paul presents you with a reading list of books and authors throughout the book and summarizes them in a thorough bibliography. One Author is not cited however, and I hope that is just an oversight and not deliberate; Harry Brown's "Why Government Doesn't Work" would be, to me, the perfect companion to "Revolution A Manifesto." Harry gives much material to back up what Dr. Paul wrote about.
