As this action of the Convention was originally suggested by this Convocation, it may not be inappropriate if I attempt, on this occasion, in some measure to fore cast what may reasonably be hoped for as to the character of the proposed school; and also, in this connection, to call attention to the peculiar adapted ness of the Episcopal Church for the work of relig ious education.
