Muslims perform dua azkar, a particular kind of supplication, for a variety of reasons. They are perfect for daily recitation because they are succinct and simple to memorize. Reciting SubhanAllah (glory be to Allah), Alhamdulillah (praise be to Allah), and "Allahu Akbar" (Allah is greatest) are some of the most popular azkars. To make them all easier to comprehend and pronounce, they have all been translated and transliterated. It is also typical in Islam to recite specific dua azkar for particular objectives. For instance, reciting "Astaghfirullah" (I seek Allah's forgiveness) is a way to ask for pardon for sins, whereas "La ilaha illa anta, Subhanaka, inni kuntu min al-thalimin" (Truly, I am one of the wrongdoers) is a way to ask for Allah's (SWT) assistance and protection).
