It is a fork made with a simple contrivance that prevents one from burning hfs hands while cooking, and permits him to handle the cooking utensils on the oven and on the heated stove with grace and ease. With this fork the kitchen towel that is considered indispensable by all cooks and housewives for handling hot stove doors and stove vessels is unnecessary. If they are in possession of one of these forks they can hook the hot oven door open, hook the fork in the handle of the baking pan and draw it to them. Then if whatever is being cooked needs turning it may be easily reversed by the handy fork with a hook annexed to its side. This fork is made in many sizes and shapes peculiar to the different conveniences of the housewives, hotels, restaurants and dining cars. It is simple and has been shipped to many parts of the country, and its appealing value has made a "Aord for it. This fork is made so that it can be used for s-vying up anything to be baked, as fowls and roasts. The tines of this fork are removable.
