The present Edition has been revised by his two sons, who assisted him with the previous one. Thirteen of the Hospitals have issued new editions in which many formulae have been altered and new remedies introduced. Much care and time have been spent on the revision of the work with the hope that it will meet with the same approval which has been shown to the former Editions.
