Excellent for chonic pain suffers
My wife, who had recent back surgury and now has chronic pain found this book in the library first and then demanded (in her agony) that I find it for her to reread. She says Chew, who emphasizes stretching slowly and to have your body warm before stretching, along with drinking plenty of water to improve flexiblity (and eventual healing), has given her the advice physical therapists have missed. She swears by the information she's gotten from this book.
