In this treatise, I shall present my research findings and assumptions on the assassination of President John F. Kennedy and afterwards I read an abridgement of the Warren Commission report published by The Associated Press. During the ensuing fifty years after November 22, 1963, I have frequently reflected upon the Commission's conclusion that it found no evidence that either Lee Harvey Oswald or Jack Ruby was part of any conspiracy, domestic or foreign, to assassinate President Kennedy and that on the basis of the evidence before the Commission it concluded that Oswald acted alone. I now challenge the assertion by the Commission that there was no foreign conspiracy. In doing such, I direct the reader's attention to the Warren Commission's reporting of a letter from Oswald to his brother Robert sent from Minsk, U.S.S.R. Oswald confirms he saw Francis Gary Powers prior to Powers release from a Soviet prison and Powers return to America. Powers was a former CIA U-2 pilot whose plane was shot down on a secret flight over the Soviet Union on June 1, 1960 and convicted and sent to prison. This letter is an important primary source document for this book. Drawing upon my past CIA employment in Japan where I saw a U-2, military service in the U.S. Army, private sector security employment, a visit to the site of Kennedy's assassination, and training former Russian KGB officers following the downfall of the Soviet Union in 1991, I now in this book postulate another theory on a motive for Oswald's killing President Kennedy.
