Fantastic book to have on hand as a reference guide. I'm a novice gardener and I use it to help identify when something is awry with the plants.

One Point
The whole book can be boiled down to one line of advice: Don't let your plants get sick in the first place. You will learn a lot about what makes plants susceptible to disease. All remedies are work intensive.
One healing method that was totally ignored was talking to your plant / praying for it's well-being, so this book is out-of-date.

Excellent book!
I like the fact that this book is using non-polluting ways to take care of your yard and garden. Highly recommended! Got one for gardener son, too! He loves it!
