This is a great REFERENCE book. It is not intended to be a 'readable novel'. What it does do, is provide excellent documentation in an organized manner about the color and markings used on US Army Air Corps aircraft.
It is rather intensive, and rather specific in the examples used.
It's best use is for historians and perhaps modelers. It does a very good job of answering 'inquiries' about the subject matter. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you have interests in the subject.Extensive use of photography and drawings as used by the USAAC service provide answers to questions you probably didn't know you should ask.
