This cookbook has been around for almost 40 years. Great vegan recipes for a starter vegan. The recipes are not always the healthiest, using white sugar and white flour, but they are the tastiest! Highly recommended. I always have this cookbook with me. Out of the 70+ vegan cookbooks I have, this one is by far the most used.
