good compact book
very useful book , more concise than some.
Differences relative to Karp:
against swaddling and pacifier for sleeping.
Most useful part:
During months 2-4
when you want the baby to sleep, do not rush in at the first disturbance. Let the baby make a fuss and learn to go back to sleep by itself. You only have the first 4 months to teach in this fashion. If the baby cries for 3 min, then go in. Something like that--the waiting interval is different for every child. But give them a chance to quiet themselves. Very important. If you read closely, Weissbluth and even Karp say this, but they don't EMPHASIZE it.
