In its infancy, the colonists needed monies to keep an army and build a navy. Why not lend a hand? Monies collected (10 million). How could they get this gift to those in the colonies that needed it? Converted into Israeli funds. A simple document used over the ages would accomplish it. The next question who would be the most unlikely way and person to accomplish this service. A ship. A daughter of one of the wealthiest men in England, Elizabeth Westcott, would meet with "Jacome" in the Azores, pick up the letter and take it to the designated colonist in Philadelphia. Thus, begins the story of James Starker, a Captain in his own right, requested to find out what the secrecy was all about. Obtaining a berth as first mate on the said ship, is blindsided within days of the beginning of the voyage. An effort to cause a shipwreck, a murder, followed by the death of the original captain. James takes over. Although James is able to deliver the document, he leaves behind a trail of murders, court cases, and finally a help to a young nation, still in diapers, trying to overcome one of the greatest nations in the world at that time.
