This means that they are Agents of a foreign power; the Vatican and the Queen. The Constitution was converted into a Trust because, as a non-trust business plan, it bound the hands of our government officials with chains. By their converting it into a Trust, our public officials were then free to make any changes they desired to the United States government without their constituents knowledge or consent.
