Text clean and unmarked except for previous owner's name in pencil at free front endpaper, and brief notation in ink at rear free endpaper. Endpapers foxed, dampstaining at lower inside edge of textblock. Illustrated with 10 maps in b/w. Blue cloth boards decorated with blindstamping at front, lettered in gilt at front and spine, lettering at spine faded. Boards lightly scuffed, edges rubbed, corners bumped and worn to boards, spine top and tail frayed, waterstain at lower front. Front hinge intact, rear hinge starting to crack, text block firm.
