Groveling Werner Litller Werner continues his nasty work, and the deranged Secret Police Chief, Dr Folterknecht, escapes from the lunatic asylum to wreak even more havoc. But there is much hilarity, too - especially every time the pompous Mr Boombridge accidentally assaults the big, bulky and formidable Lady Heger-Steel, who can knock off a man off his feet with a single mighty slap.
