When Jesus began to give us the revelation of God the Father and how he loves us, he could not see much scripture to capture the kind of understanding he wanted to bring us to. He had to begin to use our earthly father as a picture to explain how our father who at in heaven loves us deeply, because religion has presented to us with the wrong identity about the person of God. The highest revelation God want us to have about him is to know him as our Father and the highest revelation he wants you to have about yourself is to see yourself as a son that is why when Jesus began to teach his disciples how to pray the first thing he said was OUR FATHER WHO AT IN HEAVEN. That means if you don't capture the revelation of the knowledge of God as the father, you will never have a right the perspective of approaching him as a son. The prayer life of many is like a person praying to a judge who art in heaven. Some pray with the perspective of talking to a king who art in heaven. Some see God as a master who art in heaven and see themselves as a servant who art on earth, and this affect their manner of prayer which is totally different from how a son should talk to his father or talk with his father in prayer. How can I understand how deeply God loves me? Get this book and get the truth . Amen
