With children dying and the men near insanity, the Embera chief beckons his old friend Luke Dodge to the rescue. To provide food to the ailing natives, Dr. Nici takes to spear fishing. She proves to be a natural hunter, taking many pargo, grouper and other exotic fish in the untouched Pacific Ocean waters near the Colombian border. Luke's nemesis, the eco terrorist Rainbow Pakerd, wreaks havoc on Luke at every turn.
