So much history in the quest to "why build permanent lighthouses".
The Stevenson family has quite a legacy in the need for and building of, prominent and important lighthouses for the treacherous shores of Scotland.
At times I personally found some of the history a bit tedious, but then I would find really interesting sections. All of the history IS, of course, part of the story.
My only disappointment were the large number of misspellings, wrong words and missing words.
This adventure is very much worth the read.
