Starting from humble beginnings during the Great Depression in 1928, rural Saskatchewan, Curly illustrates what life was like for many Canadians living in the prairies cultivating the farmlands that feed our country. Throughout his adventurous life, we are taken through what it was like to serve as a young RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) officer in northern Alberta, the gradual pull towards life in the big city of Calgary, and a glimpse into the brotherhood of the Freemasons.
