Good+ This is the original book printed in 1897 and the title page states it as one of the sixth thousand printed. This is a historically significant book as it relates to American history and the Irish immagrant population at the turn of the 18th century. This book has a red linen over board cover with a large emblem in the center of the front board. The title block is in gold gilt lettering with another emblem below on the spine. The binding is tight for its age and the pages are slightly yellowed with age but are unmarked and uncreased. There is a name inscribed on the first end page and a printed quotation plate affixed inside the front cover. This remarkable book is in good+ to very good condition.; 8vo 8"-9" tall; 596 pages.
