I have purchased 3 of Paula Deen's cookbooks....
All the recipes are easy to follow with common ingredients....and all sound so yummy you can hardly wait to start cooking!!
I highly recommend her cookbooks!!

Good basic recipes
Easy to prepare recipes with basic ingredients. It's great that some of her restaurant recipes are included. Paula is all about comfort food and this book is full of comfort recipes.

This is the Paula Deene I love!
When I read Paula's recipes, I can almost smell them cooking. I've made several of these dishes and my family was thrilled. The flavors are just like home. Paula's idea of comfort foods really hit the mark in this book.

Salivation
The title of the book causes me to salivate...opening it stimulates me as chocolate affects others. "Country cooking" is not always what it is cracked up to be, but this book surpasses and exceeds the phrase. As a Texan and Southern woman I recommend these recipes, most of which I have cooked and enjoyed, very highly.
