This book gives a detailed description of the UNFCCC negotiations. It covers the main issues in stake from 1992 until the Kyoto Protocol negotiations, in 1997. Recommendable to someone who wants to know how the protocol was devised, namely activists and investigators.
There is still little work on the politics and political economy of climate negotiations, so books like these are welcome.
The book also gives a detailed analysis of the Kyoto Protocol, explaining the meaning of its rules.
