JENNIFER MORGUE is the second of Charles Stross' Laundry novels, combining battling Lovecraftian horrors trying to break into our world with the equally horrific office politics within the organization tasked to battle said horrors - sort of James Bond crossed with Office Space, and Lurkers At The Threshold making appearances. The Bond references are very much a part of the plot of JM, though I'm a bit surprised that Stross didn't go for the obvious 'Octopussy' pun.
