Yet just what that something is often remains a mystery. This unfulfilled longing is something that is as old as humankind itself. Still, the answer remains elusive. What binds us together - and also pushes us apart - is the search for this something. Various prophets have proposed various answers. And there is always someone to disagree and/or advocate another path. So, the question remains - how does one find find the hidden meaning, and achieve equanimity and peace. The Hunter is a collection of stories about individuals who are searching for an answer, in some cases as the result of life circumstances over which they have no control. They are, with one notable exception, not great prophets ore renowned spiritual leaders. Rather, they are ordinary people like you and me. It is their guilelessness and their steadfast tenacity in pursuit of their quest that makes them noteworthy.
