Having gone to the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston, and seeing those empty place where the pictures hung, this story is so intriguing - it wasn't a smash and grab; it was more of a leisurely stroll through, taking what they wanted (or what they had been told to take). The museum is one of my favorites in the world and I enjoyed this book about the art theft. I would rate it 4-1/2 stars.
