The book is a pain to read! The first three or five chapters were good but the rest of the book became boring. The author kept referring to "non-zero sum" and "zero sum" things over and over again, without defining the terms. There was much repetition in the book and I believed it could have been eliminated. I stopped reading the book halfway through and am ready to give the book away to my local library. I cannot imagine why some reviewer from the NY Times said it was a great book!
