Into this happily evolving new society come two fundamentalist organisations, The Human League and the Draculians, both hankering after the 'good old days', there are Chinese agents( the new world superpower) after stealing European technology secrets, and American tourists who must get home before two years in Europe or become Zombies, and on top of all this electricity and explosives DO NOT WORK in Europe, so its a steam-punk society.
