Love this book. It has plenty of recipes to pick from and very simple directions. Print is large enough to read easily. Starts out with the basics of making ice cream which is nice if you are learning. This is my favorite ice cream making book and I also love my Donvier Ice Cream Maker. I mix all my ingredients together then pour them into my frozen canister and just stir a couple times every few minutes for about half an hour. Then transfer ice cream to a container and put it in the freezer so it hardens up more. Delicious ice cream and so easy to make. If you want to make your own ice cream you will enjoy this book.
