The book title sez it all
This was a very helpful, short, concise book on the background of diabetes and how to make personal improvements to reduce the severity of the disease. Short and sweet. Easy to read and understand. I have put many of the ideas into everyday lifestyle changes but have some minor concerns about the quantity and types of supplements recommended. It does seem like an awful lot of supplements where other sources state that a 'proper' diet alone can provide all the nutrients (vitamins, minerals) necessary.
