The second volume in Stubbs' Depths of Progressive Trance series includes a few solid trance hits ("State of Mind" by De Niro, "Coming on Strong" by Signum, and "Stargazer" by Deepsky), but there just aren't many more good productions here. Stubbs is also a bit free and easy with the mix, fitting just 11 tracks on the 70-minute album.
