I started reading fantasy books last year with Anne McCaffrey. From there I went to Raymond Feist and so on until I happened upon Sara Douglass. She ranks right up there with the best of them. The Crucible series is a must read for all fantasy fans especially if you love a twisted plot. Sara Douglass has outdone herself.
