I would recommend this book to anyone that wants to recreate the true flavours of Spain. We first discovered this book at a Spanish villa we stayed at and used it to make a fantastic bean stew with about 5 types of meat. (a traditional spanish recipe found all over the country in different variations) I've had similar dishes in Spain before so knew roughly what it should taste like but this recipe exceeded all our expectations and, even though we had made more than enough for all our guests there wasnt a scrap left. One guy enjoyed it so much he was completely ignorant to the fact that people were speaking to him and was chowing down in some kind of trance-like state! We have since bought this book and made the dish in the UK. We had to substitute one or two things like Morcilla which is hard to find here, but it still made a fantastic, hearty dish -- and this book is full of them! Traditional Spanish family fare.
