It ia not necessary for me to appraise this well-known author as famous for his novels as for his short stories. However I would recommend the COLLECTED STORIES as reading copy because you can get caught out buying anthologies, as I have done, by getting two books with different titles but containing the same stories. Check if you can the contents list ON LATER COPIES produced after the author's decease. This undesirable feature is obviated if COLLECTED EDITION will do.
