Hughes Hits One Out of the Park
Merritt Hughes' translation is comprehensive and brilliantly annotated.
I purchased this as it is the volume used by John Rogers who teaches Milton at Yale. Kerrigan's is also a fine edition of Milton, but Hughes' definitely holds first place as a reference to be used again and again.
