It is full of information about such topics as; food (produce, dairy, meat, etc.), beauty products, furniture, cleaning products, clothes, supplements, toys, diapers, etc. This book also contains narratives from women who have gone through this process, making the book more interesting to read. It is a great resource to refer back to as well as full with additional resources if you are interested. This book is a great buy and am I happy that I have found it.
