The natural parents do not regain the right to consent, even though the legal relation established by the adoption is revoked. 1307. The parental consent cannot be conferred through a representative. If the father or mother is restricted in business competency the consent of the legal representative is not required. Consent by 1308. If the parental consent is refused to a child of dianship Guar" the age of majority, it can upon its application be conferred by the Court of Guardianship. The Court of Guardianship shall confer the consent, if it is refused without essential reason. Before the decision, the Court of Guardianship shall hear relatives or relatives by marriage, if it can be done without considerable delay and without disproportionate costs. As to compensation for the outlays, the provision of 1847, paragraph 2, applies. Bigamy. 1309. No one shall contract marriage before his pre vious marriage is dissolved or declared void. If husband and wife want to be married, de novo, the previous declaration of annullment is not necessary. If the plea of nullity or of restitution is made against a 1306. v.
