Seller's Description:
Very Good in Fair jacket. First Edition. "Caught in a tangle of intrigue in the foreign quarter of San Francisco, a splendid girl fought free--but there was a tragedy at dawn, blood-red dawn." Rear lower corner slightly bumped, some rubbing to lettering on spine, else near fine and bright in good-very good dj, darkening along spine and rear panel, and with chipping at the top of the spine wrapping around to rear panel. Also some additional edgewear and mild chipping at extremities, and some small chips along jacket folds. In spite of these defects, the jacket is at least 95% complete. Usual toning to paper.
