Seller's Description:
VG PB. In a moving account of his spiritual awakening, Moss tells how a black butterfly alighted on his forehead and reality turned. Inside out, catapulted into a new kind of awareness where ordinary explanations for life no longer applied.
Dr. Richard Moss writes about his personalized event into self-mastery. "Black Butterfly" is a book about the possibility and process of change. It is about the change, a transformation of consciousness, happening in all human beings in varying degrees at this time in human evolution. He outlines three excersises that he has used and seen within his own practice to help humans reach transformational stages. The first helper is called Creative Involvement. Dr. Moss states that this helper is an "a priori quality of spontaneity and originality with which we meet any experience." The Creative Involvement process frees up energy that would otherwise remain bound. The second helper represents Will or Intensity. Will or Intensity is based on wholeheartedness or the inner permission we give ourselves to fully experience another person or situation. The third helper represents the principle of Unconditional Love. Love is intrinsic to the depth of Being, a natural force that brings wholeness to what was formerly fragmented. Dr, Moss uses examples of mental and physical illness that represent the manner in which collective transformation is occurring in our world today. Dr. Moss gives his readers a model for how we can be inducted into greater awareness, greater aliveness.
