This novel is a bit different from the usual ones because the heroine is not beautiful or dashing, instead she is a bluestocking and prone to be awkward but the hero, at the end, sees her warmth and kindness to his children and her fresh approach to life. How could he not fall in love with her ? Well written. Maria Rennard
