This is basically a combination of Safe as Milk and Mirror Man onto one CD, minus Mirror Man's "Tarotplane." For those who care enough about the Captain to want all or most of his material, that's a significant omission. If you're basically looking for Safe as Milk and not the far more avant-garde and challenging Mirror Man, though, this isn't a bad acquisition, maintaining the original running order of the Safe as Milk tracks.
