Fair. ----------paperback, Canadian printing. Number string on copyright page starts at 2, and that indicates that this is the first Canadian printing, simultaneous with the first US printing, and thus a true first printing. Presumably, there is no US printing with the number string starting at 2. Spine creases (spine is not cracked), small front cover tear, cover heavily creased, edgewear, 2 inch splits to spine bottoms, a solid fair copy. King does not want "Rage" to be reprinted, due to its theme of high school student violence. Copies of the paperback original of "Rage" are very expensive, leaving these omnibus editions (also no longer in print), the only ecomomical way to acquire "Rage" (and the other novels in one volume, of course).
