This is a great overview of what ascension is and how it may manifest in our lives. Author Karen Bishop has a way of weaving stories from her own life and explanations of earth energies together to describe this Shift of Ages. I thought this was a helpful, reassuring guide to the ascension process. I have already recommended it to my sisters and friends!
