The book is richly illustrated and places thinking in an historical perspective that allows us to better understand how informational technology in general, and ChatGPT and other artificial intelligences in particular, are influencing our mental models. In the first part of this book, thinking is presented as a game whose rules need to be understood in order to be able to play the game better. A machine can't be creative or responsible. So the more machines there are, the more thinking we'll need to do!
