"Move over boys! Arantza has taken on the men in the world of pin-up and fantasy art to show what a woman can do! Her ability to portray feminine beauty and strength has set her above most of her male counterparts."
The comment above is not an exaggerate , i guarantee .
Impressive ! That is the first thing i thought when i take a look at this book . The cover is beautiful with the illustration of an Angel and a Devil facing each other . As the cover implies , the main theme of this book is : Mythical . You can expect to see female warriors , vampiresses , witches , mermaids , pirate-girls and much more ... they are all wild , sexy , attractive and well ... dangerous-looking . Not all the illustrations in the book are women , here and there you can see some drawings of a male warrior , a barbarian to be exact . If the woman illustrations capture you with their body curves then the illustrations of this barbarian will make you astonished with his muscles . You will admire Arantza for her ability to use lightning , tone and shadow to make her illustrations outstanding .
This book is a must have if you are into mythical and western art .
