Seller's Description:
Very good. No dust jacket. Cover has slight wear and soiling. vi, 22 p. ill.; 23 cm. Endnotes. From an on-line posting: " Authored by General Gordon R. Sullivan, Lieutenant Colonel Anthony M. Coroalles. They provide insights into three critical areas: the operational environment; the emergence of simultaneity as a unifying concept in Information Age warfare; and, changes that must take place in the planning environment. The authors suggest that the challenge today is to determine what array of capabilities may be needed to perform a broader range of requirements. GENERAL Gordon R. Sullivan, Chief of Staff, United States Army, was commissioned a second lieutenant of Armor in 1959. He has served in a variety of command and staff positions. General Sullivan also served a tour as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans and as the Vice Chief of Staff of the Army. Subsequently, he served on the NATO staff. In June 1991, General Sullivan became Chief of Staff of the United States Army. He also serves as a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff."
