The use of electrocardiography has now become commonplace when diagnosing cardiac problems. This book deals with all known heart conditions, but in particular there are valuable chapters on stress and ambulatory electrocardiography, pacemakers, conduction defects, pre-arrest arrhythmias and cardiac resuscitation, following guidelines laid down by the British and European Resuscitation Council. It is primarily intended for postgraduate students and clinicians in practice, but students who intend to pursue further study in cardiology will also find it very useful.
