Funny stuff
When I first saw this book, I wondered about the title, but after reading it I laughed my pants off. My husband is a contractor and I've heard a lot of similar funny stories. Anybody in the customer service field dealing with customers can definitely relate to the stories in this book! The stories are short and an easy read and some are pee-your-pants funny! I recommend this book wholeheartedly!
