Greg Koukl's book, Tactics, is a very good resource when it comes to evangelism. Not only are the 'days' gone when face-to-face evangelism was rather civil and both persons had a somewhat common worldview from which to start, but today it is much more beligerent, hostile & intolerant (or relativistic & dismissal), but in-your-face aggressive tactics are replaced with the more cordial 'Ambassador Model' Greg (and the staff at Stand To Reason ministry) endorses. The first chapter sets the tone, 'More like Diplomacy than D-day.' The foundation of the 'Ambassador' model is strategically selected and utilized questions for specific purposes in maneuvering through a conversation. In addition to this book, Greg has a DVD series and personal talks on this subject. As a former atheist, I greatly appreciate this tactic compared to the impersonal in-your-face legalistic confrontations I had been a part of years ago.

A Bit Self Indulgent
The book had some nice points, and things to think about for presenting your faith...but the narrator was a bit elitist.
